The SWU series is a high-precision industrial grade time difference ultrasonic flowmeter. It adopts the latest industrial grade FPGA chip with 700000 gate arrays, greatly improving signal sampling frequency and bubble tolerance. The independently developed TGA technology enables it to handle more complex logic and operations, achieving more accurate and faster measurements. Enable the flowmeter to withstand discontinuous bubbles or impurities for 5 seconds.
At the same time, it has the characteristics of simple installation and convenient use of ultrasonic flow meters, and can be installed without breaking pipes or stopping water and work.
Easy and convenient installation, high flexibility, and a pair of sensors can be used for all pipe diameters.
High precision (± 0.5%), high response speed (sampling speed can reach 300 times/second), and low flow rate measurement (maximum flow rate can reach 0.03 meters/second).
A single medium can be used for measurement and can be widely applied in fields such as water treatment, pure water, ultrapure water, petroleum and chemical industries, and energy-saving air conditioning.
The standard plug-in sensor has a maximum temperature limit of 130 ℃, while the high-temperature sensor has a maximum temperature limit of 180 ℃.
It can be used in conjunction with RTD models and temperature sensors to become an energy meter for measuring the heat and cooling consumption of heating pipelines and air conditioning refrigeration pipelines.
